Hizmet Kullanım Şartları

AdPulse uygulaması ve web sitesine hoş geldiniz. Hizmetlerimizi kullanarak aşağıdaki kullanım şartlarını kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
1. Hizmetin Tanımı
AdPulse; kullanıcıların Google AdSense, AdMob ve YouTube Analytics üzerindeki reklam gelirlerini, raporlarını ve metriklerini takip edebilmesi amacıyla geliştirilmiş yerel (on-device) bir mobil panosudur.
2. Hesap Güvenliği ve Yetkilendirme
Uygulamamızı kullanırken aşağıdaki hususları kabul edersiniz:
- Google hesabınız ile giriş yaparak uygulamaya verdiğiniz yetkiler tamamen sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
- Uygulama, Google API'lerine doğrudan erişim sağlar ve elde ettiği erişim bilgilerini şifreli olarak yalnızca cihazınızda (iOS Keychain) saklar.
- AdSense, AdMob veya YouTube hesaplarınızın güvenliği ve bu hesaplar üzerinde yapacağınız işlemler tamamen sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
3. Sorumluluk Sınırları
AdPulse, Google Inc. ile doğrudan veya dolaylı bir ortaklığa sahip değildir. Google tarafından sunulan API hizmetlerinin kesintiye uğraması, şartlarının değişmesi veya erişimin kapatılması durumlarında uygulamanın çalışmamasından AdPulse sorumlu tutulamaz. Verilerin güncelliği ve doğruluğu Google API'leri tarafından sağlanan ham verilere dayanmaktadır.
4. Abonelik ve Fiyatlandırma (RevenueCat)
Uygulama içi satın alımlar ve abonelikler Apple App Store kurallarına tabidir. Abonelik iptali, iade ve ödeme süreçleri doğrudan Apple üzerinden yönetilir. AdPulse, Google API maliyetleri ve güncellemeler doğrultusunda paket fiyatlarını değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar.

Welcome to AdPulse. By using our mobile app and website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service.
1. Description of Service
AdPulse is a local, on-device mobile dashboard that allows users to monitor their Google AdSense, AdMob, and YouTube Analytics earnings, reports, and performance metrics.
2. Account Security and Authorization
By using AdPulse, you agree that:
- You are solely responsible for the Google accounts you link and authorize within the app.
- The app directly communicates with Google APIs and stores access tokens securely using on-device encryption (iOS Keychain).
- The security and activity of your Google AdSense, AdMob, or YouTube accounts are entirely your responsibility.
3. Limitation of Liability
AdPulse is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Google Inc. AdPulse cannot be held liable for any service interruptions, scope changes, or API restrictions imposed by Google. The accuracy of the displayed data depends entirely on the raw data provided by Google's APIs.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed and managed securely through the Apple App Store. Cancellation, refund requests, and billing issues must be handled directly through Apple. AdPulse reserves the right to adjust pricing and packages to support ongoing API maintenance and features.
